A panacea

Formerly called gomenol, niaouli provides an essential oil remarkable for efficiency and tolerance. It is found in many commercial preparations (gargles, toothpastes, breath fresheners, etc.).

Dosage

  • External use: 4 drops of essential oil of niaouli in local friction, 3 times a day, for all the indications mentioned.
  • Internal use: consult your doctor.

Trick

  • 1 drop of essential oil of niaouli in your night cream will be enough to make you benefit from its skin tonic action.
  • Cold sore : mix equal parts essential oils of niaouli and ravintsara. Apply one drop of the mixture, 3 times a day, for as long as needed.
